About the Role
- We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support our business function.
- As a key member of our team, you'll provide complex calendar support for multiple leaders, recommend time management strategies, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- You'll also be responsible for preparing and submitting expense reports, making recommendations for your leaders, and anticipating their needs.
- With a knack for working across various roles and teams, you'll bring your expertise in Google Suite, calendar management, and expense reporting to our dynamic environment.
Requirements
- 1+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Adept at handling sensitive information and situations with care and confidence.
- Previous experience with Google Suite, calendar management, and expense reporting is a plus.
