Postdoctoral Aftercare Specialist

The Cellular Performance Institute seeks a skilled Postdoctoral Aftercare Specialist to ensure seamless patient care and satisfaction.

As part of our esteemed team, you will be responsible for conducting follow-up calls with patients, addressing medical concerns, providing guidance, and coordinating necessary adjustments in treatment or referrals. Your active listening skills, combined with your ability to provide clear information, will make a significant difference in patient satisfaction.

We are looking for an individual with a medical degree and professional license, as well as advanced English proficiency (90%) – conversational and written. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and internet usage is also required.

In this role, you will be tasked with entering medical notes from calls, emails, texts, or voicemails into the Infusionsoft system. Additionally, you will support other department activities as needed and collaborate with team members to ensure efficiency and meet objectives.

To succeed in this position, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be working closely with patients, so empathy and understanding are essential qualities.

We offer a competitive salary of $10 USD per hour, 8-hour shifts, and seniority bonuses. Our benefits package includes IMSS and other perks.
