About the Role

Reckitt is seeking a highly skilled Automation Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our automated systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity
  • Lead automation projects to enhance production processes and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Provide training and support to team members on automation technologies and best practices
  • Contribute to the development of business cases for automation projects and initiatives
  • Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to ensure seamless integration of automation systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field
  • Proven experience in automation and process optimization
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Fluency in English
