We are seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist to join our Mexico City team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in implementing, adapting and continuously improving our business systems and processes in your city. Your primary focus will be on getting our new properties ready for occupancy in a timely manner, managing and training third-party contractors, and ensuring smooth operations across the team.
You will work closely with our central design team to implement large design initiatives, style and manage photoshoots of our new apartments, and drive down operational costs while upholding our quality standards. You will also liaise, manage and negotiate with contractors, vendors and external business partners to ensure our guests enjoy high standards of client experience.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to partner with cross-functional support teams to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of guest experience services. You will manage timely data collection to update operational metrics, achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service. Additionally, you will manage the team of Operations Associates by leading their onboarding process and providing continuous feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain operational systems and processes to ensure seamless property setup and maintenance coordination.
- Work collaboratively with the central design team to implement large design initiatives.
- Style and manage photoshoots of new apartments to meet Blueground's photo guidelines.
- Drive down operational costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Liaise, manage and negotiate with contractors, vendors and external business partners to ensure exceptional guest experience.
- Manage inventory of furniture, consumables, and linens, optimizing safety stocks and reporting malfunctions to the Design and Supply Chain teams.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve guest experience services.
- Manage timely data collection to update operational metrics and achieve productivity targets.
- Lead the onboarding process and provide continuous feedback to Operations Associates.
