Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in DevOps or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including infrastructure-as-code (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform).
- Expertise in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Amazon ECS, Azure Container Instances).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, load balancing, and security best practices.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
- Experience with monitoring and log management tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK Stack, Grafana).
- Knowledge of source code management systems like Git.
- Solid understanding of DevOps principles and practices, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitOps.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in distributed systems.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and working in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer, or Google Cloud Certified - Professional DevOps Engineer are a plus.
