Job Summary
In our extraordinary team, you will contribute to our growth by supporting quality engineering efforts. We are seeking a Manufacturing Quality Specialist to be based in Aguascalientes.
The ideal candidate will monitor process validation/qualification of new assembly lines, ensuring compliance with Quality Management System and customer requirements.
A typical day for this role includes:
- Developing standards for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
- Creating forms and instructions for evaluating, monitoring, and reporting quality and reliability data.
- Implementing methods for disposition of discrepant material and devices, assessing cost and responsibility.
- Managing workers engaged in measuring and testing product quality and tabulating related data.
- Compiling and writing training material, conducting sessions on quality control activities.
- Supporting Product Engineers and Program Managers with customer interfaces on quality-related issues.
- Ensuring data availability and integrity for all quality-related data, consolidating it in quality reports.
- Initiating corrective actions requests as needed and tracking until completion.
- Assisting with development and implementation of quality audits.
To excel in this role, you will require:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Quality Tools knowledge.
- High analytical capacity.
- Pro-active, methodical, and negotiator.
- Good interpersonal relationships.
- English language proficiency for technical conversations.
- Basic statistics knowledge.
