Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal resources to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage day-to-day client interactions, relationships, and expectations for a portfolio of small to large projects.
  • Coordinate internal resources to deliver projects on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Supervise progress on task and deliverable development and completion through the project life cycle.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Facilitate the flow of information to and from clients regarding project status and escalate issues as needed.
  • Review high-level deliverables across projects and track project performance to analyze successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths and skill sets.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and other staff members and report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills and attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum three years of Project Management or five years Project Coordination experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Proven experience with people management, risk management, and change management.
  • Ability to be proactive and independent, as well as interdependent on the team when necessary.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Solid problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Proven aptitude with project management software including MS Project.
  • Experience with SharePoint preferred.
  • Experience in cybersecurity industry preferred.
