Key Responsibilities- Receive and analyze customer requirements, understanding their needs and communicating them effectively to the warehouse and management teams.
- Coordinate requirements and follow up with the warehouse, management, and the client until closing, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Maintain and save all files according to established processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Validate invoices for operational services, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Attend face-to-face meetings with the client, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Search and validate CII Initiatives and process optimization, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
- Elaborate and follow-up of CMR's with the client, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Prepare topics and attend visits to the warehouses, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare QBR & QER Meetings, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Knowledge of the export warehouse process, personnel management, communication with the client, decision making, management of reports, and working under objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related fields.
- 1-5 years of experience in a related area.
- Written and spoken English proficiency at 80%.
- Leadership skills.
