- Provide technical leadership and expertise in engineering disciplines relevant to our organization's products or services.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Research and Development, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to develop new products and improve existing ones.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical and Electrical), no Industrial Engineering.
- Experience in a transformation metal mechanical industry preferred.
- Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in engineering roles with increasing levels of responsibility and leadership.
