Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lifeguard to join our team at Novotel New Delhi City Centre. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff in the pool area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the security and safety of the public in the pool area, ensuring their enjoyment and well-being.
  • Carry out rescues as required, utilizing your knowledge and skills to respond to emergencies.
  • Operate and maintain the Fitness Centre equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working order at all times.
  • Assist the Duty Manager in preparing and executing activities for the Open Air Pool, providing a high-quality service to pool users and visitors.
  • Maintain the facility to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Establish and maintain good public relations with all users of the facilities, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and best practices.

Requirements

  • Certification in Life Saving Course is a must.
  • Minimum qualification: 12th grade.
