Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Represent the Simultaneous Development Team (SDT) in a professional manner to the customer and YFAI management. Motivate team members to meet commitments and build their technical and personal skills through mentoring and coaching.
  • Simultaneous Development Team (SDT) Management: Act as the central communication point for the SDT, ensuring each member is aware of their deliverables, timing, and commitments. Train and coach the SDT on YFAI's Product Launch process to ensure compliance.
  • Scope Management: Communicate scope changes to the customer and SDT in a timely manner, managing the program scope and ensuring all changes are captured in relevant documents. Utilize the scope change approval process for internal and customer-driven scope changes.
  • 0-0-0-100-90 Planning: Attain zero recordable accidents, rejected parts per million, delivery misses, and 100% financial commitments within 90 days post-launch. Anticipate risk caused by late tasks and changes, developing mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in program management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
