We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at LevelUP HCS. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and Logistics: Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Candidate Preparation: Prepare candidates for interviewing with our clients by providing the job description and logistics for the day of the interview (e.g., interview itinerary).
- Coordination and Communication: Confer with recruitment and external channels (candidates and vendors) to coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Post-Interview Debriefing: Organize, lead, and document post-interview debrief/feedback and post-mortems with interview teams and candidates.
- Reporting and Follow-Up: Create daily interview reports to be distributed to the recruitment team and reception. Conduct follow-up calls and quality-improvement studies with hiring managers and new hires.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Trend Analysis and Innovation: Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive in state-of-the-Art recruiting practices.
- Contact Network Development: Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified leaders.
- Applicant Tracking System Utilization: Leverage in-house applicant tracking system to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with our client's leaders, vendors, community organizations, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results, and credibility.
