Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Ramp Handler to join our team at FedEx Express Latin America and Caribbean Division. As a Ramp Handler, you will be responsible for handling packages within our operations, including manual handling, sort activities, screening, and completing related administration or paperwork.

This role requires strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload company aircraft and vehicles in a safe manner
  • Audit size and weight of packages and boxes
  • Sort packages
  • Ensure the use of safety equipment and full compliance with FedEx safety policies, procedures, norms, rules, and practices
  • Meet aircraft and transport packages to sort
  • Ensure safety of FedEx and customer property
  • Clean, wash, and provide minor maintenance to company vehicles
  • Operate company vehicles in a safe and secure manner
  • Pick up and deliver packages on a limited basis and emergency basis as required

Requirements:

  • High School degree or equivalent preferred
  • Valid Driver's License and good driving record
  • Basic English Skills
  • Experience operating ramp and warehouse equipment preferred
