We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team as an Order Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accurate processing and timely communication
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Proactively use SAP/BW reports to execute daily routines, monitor customer satisfaction, and analyze data to determine adherence to Service Level Agreements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain, to resolve customer issues and improve order management processes
- Analyze statistic data to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer service and order management
