**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Technology Leader to join our team at Carrier. As an IT Transformation Specialist, you will play a key role in leading project planning, analysis, design, build, test, and implementation phases.

The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience in IT - Business Systems roles or equivalent, with a strong background in SAP S/4 HANA Finance. You will be responsible for managing external implementation partners, software vendors, and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams during project planning, analysis, design, build, test, go live, and hyper care phases.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with functional owners and CoE teams.
  • Use deep technical and process knowledge to drive engagement.
  • Manage ongoing operations to ensure solutions are performing as expected.

Requirements:

- Adequate written & spoken English level to handle fluent and assertive conversations across global teams.

- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience in IT - Business Systems roles OR Post graduate Degree with 3+ years of experience in IT - Business Systems roles.
