Job Summary

Jda Software is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Lead to join our Partner Engagement team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of projects for our strategic partners, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for partner concerns related to software as a service (SaaS) technology needs
  • Handle T1 account PD/support/cloud operations coordination for case resolutions
  • Participate in steering committee/triad calls to drive project success
  • Prioritize and collaborate with global service delivery teams to increase case resolution times
  • Contribute to successful SaaS implementations by serving as a SaaS Partner Manager
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT) response rates
  • Maintain updated escalation records and case accountability & reporting
  • Coordinate partner customization requests and lead mock/cutover tasks
  • Maintain updated GPS records in Salesforce and ensure completion of mandatory trainings
  • Interact with customers/partners and cross-functional teams to provide agile responses

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Experience managing partner relationships and delivering partner solutions
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools
  • Fluent in English
  • PMP certification and/or Agile Scrum Master certification is a plus
