**Account Manager - Energy Markets**:

As a key member of our Sales division, the Account Manager will develop and implement a comprehensive account strategy for Process Automation business in the Oil&Gas, Power Generation, and Chemicals industries. This role involves coordinating sales activities, creating value for both our customers and ABB, with a focus on increasing market share, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement account plans and growth actions to drive business growth and expansion.
- Define sales targets for the account and ensure they are achieved through a structured follow-up process.
- Provide solutions that meet our customers' needs and align with our volume, mix, and profitability targets.
- Monitor competitor activity and take appropriate action to maintain our market position.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Process Automation, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in sales of automation systems and continuous process control.
- Experience working with Oil & Gas, Power Generation, and Chemicals industries.
- Advanced English skills and ability to travel (70%).
