We're seeking an exceptional Genesys Architect to join our team at Cognizant. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing robust call center platforms that meet the unique needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain high-performance call center platforms that ensure superior customer service and experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate new technologies and improve platform functionality, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare and technology industry standards, implementing rigorous security protocols to protect data and ensure privacy.
- Lead projects to expand and improve platform capabilities using innovative technological solutions, driving business growth and operational efficiency.
- Direct and develop the platform team, emphasizing continuous improvement and skill enhancement, and manage resources and prioritize projects effectively to meet deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Deep expertise in Genesys systems and call center technologies.
- Strong project management skills in Data, Digital & Technology environments.
- Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory standards applicable to healthcare and data security.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
