Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and leverage product categories across channels
- Ensure the right people and capabilities are in place to achieve business plans
- Maximize brand recognition through insight-based activations and retail presentations
- Monitor competitor activity and develop countermeasures
- Collaborate with the Americas team to identify trends and outperform competitors
Requirements:
- Experienced Director with clear LATAM commercial experience and a proven track record of results
- Proven P&L track record and financial acumen, including local regulations
- Skilled in account management and retail sales
- Thrived in high-growth environments and influenced support functions and teams
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese preferred
