Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Boston Scientific Corporation in Mexico City.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maintain and develop existing customer relationships and acquire new customers in the assigned territory.
  • Build and deepen key customer relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
  • Manage and develop assigned territory to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant business experience, with at least 5 years of direct sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Documented sales success and demonstrated top 10% performance in critical competencies.
  • High skills in data analysis, people management, and business administration.
  • Results-driven, flexible, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven analytical, planning, and negotiation skills, as well as strategic thinking.
  • High degree of initiative and creativity with the ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
