Job Purpose:As a key member of the Dana Incorporated team, you will be responsible for ensuring the implementation and maintenance of our safety, health, and environmental management system. This includes identifying and mitigating potential risks to personnel, the company, and the environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual programs to improve comprehensive safety, care for the environment, and occupational health.
- Investigate incidents and near-miss events to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the Safety, Hygiene, and Environment Commission to prevent risks and detect unsafe acts and conditions.
- Designate and supervise the use of equipment to mitigate the effects on workers and manage resource utilization.
