Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Multicraft Foreman to lead a team of craftsmen performing repairs and maintenance in our Drilling Equipment Maintenance Division (DEMD). As a key member of our team, you will oversee daily maintenance activities, ensuring that our equipment is operating at optimal levels. Your expertise and leadership skills will be crucial in achieving our goals and maintaining our high standards.

About the Role
  • Supervise a multi-craft crew performing repairs or maintenance in DEMD.
  • Oversee daily maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety codes and regulations.
  • Develop and implement work schedules, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance Superintendents and Engineers to ensure seamless project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in handling facilities within the oil and gas industry or utility organizations.
  • An Associate's degree in mechanics/machinist or a related field.
  • Recognized machinist/mechanic advanced competency certification.
  • Proficiency in one of the critical crafts: mechanical, instrumentation, and metals.
