Your Role (Key Responsibilities):
- Oversee daily laboratory operations, including tests, measurements, reworks of electronic devices, and preparation of samples.
- Perform measurements and compile summary reports.
- Maintain technical documentation, laboratory equipment, samples, and prototypes on a daily basis.
- Assist in the calibration of machinery and equipment maintenance as required.
- Construct and operate prototypes using both manual and automated processes.
- Manage laboratory inventory effectively.
- Ensure daily maintenance of laboratory stock.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers of materials, components, and services.
- Collaborate with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) department to comply with safety regulations.
- Implement HSE procedures and conduct inspections to adhere to safety protocols.
- Provide training on job methods as necessary.
- Work in cooperation with other sites and teams to meet project specifications.
- Ensure quality processes are followed in accordance with standards such as IATF16949 and ISO17025.
- Contribute to cost reduction initiatives in various forms.
- Engage actively in technical innovation programs, sharing knowledge, and supporting team efforts.
- Execute tasks in alignment with the company's quality standards and timelines.
- Commit to continuous professional development and skill enhancement.
Your Required Background (Must Haves):
- Provide technical support for all activities related to the design of electronic devices for automotive applications within the laboratory.
- Adhere to all relevant standards and procedures.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel.
- A Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or Digital Systems Engineering.
