- Lead and manage IT projects, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.

- Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including IT, business, and external vendors.
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Monitor and report on project progress, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience working with MS O365 tools, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and MS Teams.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
