What We Do

Large CPG Companies lose 12-35% of Sales daily due to inherent human inefficiencies and store-level gaps and opportunities. Even a 1-2% improvement drives Millions of $ of incremental revenue.

We are leading two technology interventions that will redefine the future of CPG sales, eliminating human inefficiencies:

1. Augmented Intelligence of Sales Teams - with our proprietary product AI Supervisor.

2. Digital RTM to transform the current 100% people-dependent RTM of consumer goods companies - with our E-B2B Platform powered by AI Sales Agent.

The Role

As a Business Analyst, you will represent stakeholders, translate business needs, and technical issues. You will scope the system, elicit project requirements, and write project requirements in a clear and concise manner.

You will manage project requirements, lead requirement reviews, create and maintain analysis or domain models, and act as a communication broker. You will work with the test team to ensure tests adequately cover requirements and run User Acceptance tests.

Post-delivery support will be provided until stability is achieved.

Ideal Profile
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) proficiency is a must to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
  • Preferred experience in B2B product-based organizations.
  • Superior presentation and communication skills, written and verbal, as well as excellent listening skills.
  • Technical skills to understand client requirements and develop technical solutions.
  • Well-versed in data handling.
  • Flexible to work independently or in a group and lead or follow as needed.
  • A self-starter and tenacious individual not afraid of taking new initiatives and sometimes rejection.
  • Passionate about disruptive and new-gen technologies and their implementation.
