Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in lead-acid battery materials development, testing, and validation.
- Skills: Strong understanding of lead-acid battery materials, design, and testing principles. Proficient in statistical tools and quality methodologies.
- Language: Fluent in English.
- Software Skills: Proficient in MS Office and statistical software such as MINITAB.
