We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our QA team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our software solutions.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned Quality Assurance professional to leverage their expertise in software testing, test automation, and project management to drive quality and efficiency within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including manual and automated testing strategies;
  • Analyze and report on test results, identifying trends and areas for improvement;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of software solutions;
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in software testing and quality assurance;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our testing processes and tools.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, with a strong background in test automation and project management;
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business outcomes;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders;
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps principles;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize areas for improvement;
  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues;
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
