We are seeking a highly skilled Site Budget Specialist to join our team at IQVIA. As a key member of our Site Budget & Contracts Services team, you will be responsible for providing expert support to clients in the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients requiring Site Budget & Contracts services for US & CANADA.
- Lead internal project kick-off meetings to review project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Prepare and negotiate contractual documents, including Disclosure Agreements (CDAs), Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs), and other related documents.
- Track service delivery against project scope and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Lead client-specific or departmental projects, overseeing the work of other Site Budget & Contracts staff to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare unit-based forecasts for assigned projects and measure performance against those forecasts.
- Serve as an internal escalation point for project-related issues and challenges.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- 5 years of relevant sponsor or clinical research organization clinical site contracting experience, including global and/or regional experience as a contract negotiator.
- Strong negotiating and communication skills with the ability to challenge.
- Good interpersonal skills and a strong team player.
- Strong understanding of the regulated clinical trial environment and knowledge of the drug development process.
