Warehouse Supervisor Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our logistics team in Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising operations, developing human resources, and ensuring efficient use of machinery and equipment.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Dräxlmaier Group México as a Warehouse Supervisor. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a critical role in overseeing daily operations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities to ensure timely delivery and quality of products
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
• Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve company goals and objectives
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
