We are seeking an experienced Strategic Procurement Manager to lead a world-class mining project for Sip Soluciones Integrales De Personal.

This role is key to ensuring efficient operations, cost control, and compliance during the project's critical development phase.

Key Responsibilities

Manage procurement processes, including tendering, bid evaluations, and contract awards.

Develop procurement strategies for mining equipment, materials, and services, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies, local regulations, and ESG standards.

Monitor procurement costs and provide detailed reporting to senior management.

Ensure strategic alignment of procurement activities with business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.

10+ years of procurement/contract management experience in mining projects.

Expertise in supplier relationships, mining consumables, and heavy equipment.

Fluent English and Spanish with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Competitive salary: $235,473.52 per year (approximate annual salary range: $19,602.71 - $31,710.46 per month).

Work Location: On-site position at our mining project site.
