Your responsibilities will include:

* Executing RGM deployment and embedment in the local organization
* Conducting RGM analyses with the marketing and brand team, commercial, BD, Finance, CMI
* Combining internal & external, financial and not financial data
* Maintaining average consumer prices and Pack price architecture (Category, Product, Channel & Customer mix management ; Promotional schemes and ROI per brand, account, pack type ; Retail selling story and trading terms management)
* Driving the implementation of the current RGM initiatives to realize incremental turnover and Gross Profit
* Developing strong understanding of retailers' dynamics, value drivers and consumer
* Building upscale team on RGM priorities to grow business and understand overall RGM methodology
* Reinforcing RGM insights and initiatives to the organization, counterparts and senior management
* Contributing to RGM capabilities building (e.g. share best practices)
