Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Finance Transformation Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for identifying and developing process improvement projects across multiple Financial Planning sub-areas, with a focus on the Mexico Business Services center.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain and develop further understanding of multiple FP processes, including OpEx, Supply Chain Finance, FP&A, A&M, and Sales Finance.
- Propose new ways of working using current/new technological tools or functional process re-design.
- Create new advanced Excel models or reports, and improve current ones to an advanced level.
- Develop new dashboards with Power BI and create improvements documentation for knowledge management.
- Manage relationship with IT teams in case the solution is built by them.
- Identify process improvement opportunities across Finance processes and execute process improvement agenda.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders and develop PowerPoint presentations to communicate improvements implications.
- Support change management strategy.
Requirements
- Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to create new models or reports.
- Experience with UiPath, Power BI, Access, Power Automate, and relevant statistical tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
