About the Position

This role will play a critical part in supporting our Solutions Engineering team by analyzing data, generating insightful reports, and contributing to strategic decision-making. As a Data Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Utilizing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conducting in-depth analysis of key performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Generating and maintaining routine and ad-hoc reports to provide actionable insights.
  • Creating dashboards for tracking performance.

Collaboration and Communication

You will work closely with other departments to understand business needs and provide analytical support. You will also collaborate on cross-functional projects to enhance overall business performance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience working with data analytics tools, such as SFDC, Clari, Looker, MS Excel, and Google Docs.
  • Highly motivated and able to handle multiple projects at a time.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Cyber security industry experience is a plus.
  • Solution engineering organization experience is a plus.

Education

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field is required.
