Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team to support customer and Valeo objectives within their area of responsibility.
  • Ensure the achievement of Extended Gross Margin targets for their Site P1/P0 Projects portfolio, in line with QCD objectives.
  • Contribute to new business acquisition through quotation and development, ensuring profitable growth.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the P1/P0 Projects portfolio and team on their Site, ensuring all project objectives are met (Quality, Cost, Profitability, Delivery, Timing) and monitoring team performance.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Report and alert critical issues, setting up recovery plans or task forces as needed.
  • Support 'under acquisition' activities, including data establishment for CAA consolidation.
  • Ensure clean V3 deployment and sustainability within their organization and Plant organization.
  • Manage project portfolio, driving resource allocation and overheads budget, and keeping STR/P EM updated.
  • Ensure V PD improving plan deployment.

Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Manage hierarchically and operationally the Project Manager (PM) and/or Launch Project Manager for their Site.
  • Ensure PM/Launch PM drives EOO activity and L2/L3 planning monitoring.
  • Ensure PM/Launch PM applies the RU ready-checklist assessment with their team.
  • Ensure PM/Launch PM participates in RU ready reviews led by Plant Manager.

  • Promote Valeo Values, Culture, and Standards within the Project community of their Site.
  • Guarantee respect of Valeo code of ethics and health, safety, and environment charts and requirements.
  • Ensure all developments follow the PM Handbook and specific requirements.
  • Ensure the respect and implementation of all Valeo Methodology requested by Product Groups/BG/Group.
