Maintenance Supervisor - Relocation to USA

**Job Summary**:

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations of our production equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and issue work orders to maintenance team members for equipment modifications, preventative, and corrective maintenance.

- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance of production equipment.

- Interface with vendors and suppliers to discuss products used in repair work and projects.

- Ensure maintenance employees are properly trained in safety, quality, and production.

**Requirements**:

- Plastic Injection Molding experience.

- Five years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing operation.

- Electrical trouble shooting and repair.

- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills and ability to be a team player.

**Benefits**:

- Competitive salary: $1,586,500.00 - $1,669,950.00 per year.

- Relocation package available.

**Language**:

English (preferred).

**License/Certification:**

Cedula (preferred).

**Work Location:** In person.
