Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Client Profile Reviews: Conduct thorough reviews of client profiles to ensure compliance with local regulations and Citi standards.
- Review and Update KYC Forms: Review and update KYC forms and client profiles according to policy requirements.
- Monitor and Track KYC Records: Monitor and track KYC records and Appendix approval process, assisting with the development and execution of action planning for expiring records.
- Perform Risk Assessments: Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.
Requirements:
- Relevant Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience in banking operations, preferably in the client account opening and pre-requirements process.
- Education: Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Language Skills: English is desirable.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is required.
- Experience: Experience in KYC or AML, PLD is desirable.
