Job Summary:

The Compliance and Control team at Citigroup Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, oversight, and regulatory reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Client Profile Reviews: Conduct thorough reviews of client profiles to ensure compliance with local regulations and Citi standards.
  • Review and Update KYC Forms: Review and update KYC forms and client profiles according to policy requirements.
  • Monitor and Track KYC Records: Monitor and track KYC records and Appendix approval process, assisting with the development and execution of action planning for expiring records.
  • Perform Risk Assessments: Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience in banking operations, preferably in the client account opening and pre-requirements process.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: English is desirable.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is required.
  • Experience: Experience in KYC or AML, PLD is desirable.
