About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Solicitor to join our team at Dac Beachcroft LLP. As a key player in our expanding team, you will work closely with our clients and colleagues to manage complex professional negligence and Contractors All Risks claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Regular interaction with clients, providing expert advice and support on key issues.
• A mixed workload of professional negligence claims involving a wide variety of professionals, plus an opportunity for involvement in Contractors All Risks claims.
• Conduct both pre-action and litigated matters, providing real-time project support and assisting more senior fee earners.
• Direct engagement with experts and counsel, directing our work with both.

The Ideal Candidate
