**Role Overview**

Create and maintain accurate and complete vendor master data records in accordance with company policies and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Ensure vendor information, including contact details, payment terms, tax information, and compliance documentation, is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Process vendor requests for new vendor setups, updates, and changes in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including procurement, accounts payable, and finance, to ensure alignment on vendor data requirements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of vendor master data management processes and best practices.

**Requirements**

  • Proficiency in using ERP systems, with experience in vendor master data maintenance preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor compliance requirements is a plus.
  • B2 proficiency in English and native fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
