Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Lead to join our team at Capgemini Engineering. As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving the quality of our engineering processes and products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze quality systems, including CQI, NCBS, QIU, and QFS, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality targets and objectives.
  • Conduct audits and reviews of quality design processes to ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
  • Represent quality in design department meetings and provide input on quality-related matters.
  • Identify and share quality impact of assigned metafunctions and collect data to define quality targets.
  • Ensure robustness of quality design processes and collaborate with metafunction core team, Eng Quality plants leader, Technical center, and Customer quality pilot.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field.
  • Mastery of geometry assessments and technical documents.
  • Management of scheduling, organization, and internal processes for launching phase activities.
  • Knowledge of BCI product design fundamentals, APQP/PPAP, and Change Management processes.
  • Self-motivator with passion for automobiles and appreciation for quality.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
  • Knowledge of English language.
  • Manufacturing process and launch experience preferred.
