We are a reputable nursing center in New Mexico, offering a unique opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our team. As a skilled nursing center, we prioritize the well-being of our patients, and we're looking for a dedicated professional to care for our geriatric population.

Our ideal candidate will have a license as an RN in their home country, have graduated from an accredited nursing program, and be proficient in English. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing nursing care within the scope of practice, adhering to standards of practice, physician orders, and center policies, as well as state, federal, and local guidelines. Responsibilities:

  • Charting and incident reporting in accordance with established procedures
  • Following company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction
  • Documenting patient changes, including nutritional problems, infections, skin conditions, weight loss, or other noticeable changes
  • Utilizing the Quality Life Manual for patient placement and monitoring
  • Notifying applicable departments of patient room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges
  • Making rounds with physicians as necessary
