**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in marketing or content creation.

- Strong portfolio showcasing experience with digital and print design.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.

- Experience creating social media graphics and YouTube thumbnails.

- Understanding branding principles and marketing best practices.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a remote team.

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
