Administrative Support Role at TE ConnectivityAt TE Connectivity, you will play a vital part in our mission to create a safer, more sustainable, and connected world. As an Executive Coordinator, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring seamless office administration and daily clerical duties. Your tasks will include schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance. Additionally, you will be responsible for scheduling conferences/meetings, responding to general inquiries, creating and maintaining office documentation, and reviewing internal/external communication documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Administration/Human Resources
- Experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English (B2), with additional language skills a plus
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours with advance notice to support various time-zones
- Experience working in a HR structure or exposure to procurement processes/systems is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate multiple tasks with competing deadlines
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office 360 (i.e. PPT, Excel, TEAMS, and SharePoint)
- Customer-centricity and demonstrated success working in a cross-cultural environment
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills, creative, and willing to take work independently
