Finance Leadership:

Lead the finance team in North America, providing strategic guidance and direction to ensure the company's financial objectives are met.

Financial Planning and Analysis:

Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to senior management to inform business decisions.

Controllership:

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including US GAAP accounting and internal controls for all legal entities in the US and Mexico.

Business Partnering:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance, providing expert advice and guidance to senior management.

Your Profile:

  • Professional finance qualification or degree in finance and accounting
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing/FP&A experience/business partnering
  • Strong technical knowledge of SAP, HFM, AOP, STRAP planning, US GAAP principles, and Sarbanes Oxley rules
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and policies
