Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Hutchinson. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition process, managing recruiter specialists, and ensuring the high performance of our recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure and lead the talent acquisition process of MOD/MOI, including interview, apply assessments, and verification of information.
• Manage recruiter specialists and ensure their high performance.
• Deal with agencies, including billing, guarantees, and driving for excellent service in quantity and quality.
• Manage recruitment sources, including social networks, links with schools, public address, and leaflet distribution.
• Link with educational institutions in the area and governance employment agencies.
• Talent acquisition KPIs and RH Systems (TRESS System).

Requirements

• Nearly 5 years of experience in the automotive industry in the same position.
• Mastery of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, VDA, Mexican Law, and advanced Excel skills.
• Availability to move from Cortazar to Apaseo el Grande.
