**Key Job Responsibilities**:
Promote adherence to security standards within their area of influence and/or responsibility.
- Monitoring of Product Recalls, 8D Reports, and Status by Quality Representatives to meet internal and customer requirements.
- Ensure customer protection and updating of the daily report in the event of quality failures.
- Support in the start-up meeting according to attendance requirements, daily and pending agenda review.
- Follow-up of material returned by Quality Representatives or Return Merchandise Authorization from Internal Customers. Ensure delivery of material to manufacturing.
- Monitor scorecard or equivalent Performance Metrics, Quality Representatives, and Concerns for customers.
- Coordinate audits of actions related to action plans, Product Recalls, and customer failures on the floor.
- Update and analysis of information for Vehicle Performance and Reliability Score, Global Warranty Claims, and special presentations.
- Coordinate sorting/reworks and campaigns at customer locations as required.
- Generation, monitoring, and control of Purchase Orders to support sorting or representation services in the customer locations.
