We are seeking a highly skilled Quality System Engineer to join our team at Oerlikon. As a Quality System Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes, and for implementing and maintaining our quality management system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify trends.
- Provide training and support to employees on quality-related topics and procedures.
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality-related projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a quality-related role, preferably in a manufacturing and/or production environment.
- Proven experience with quality core tools, such as APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and PPAP.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2016 and/or IATF 16949:2016 standards.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
