Job Summary

As a key member of the Jabil Circuit team, the Security Group Leader plays a critical role in maintaining the highest level of security and compliance within our facilities. This position requires a strong leader who can effectively manage and coordinate security groups, develop and implement control measures, and drive security improvements across the site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain vigilance of plant protection protocols through the execution of work programs and checklists.
  • Establish and implement necessary measures to ensure security levels of personnel and the site.
  • Lead and coordinate security groups to ensure effective security operations.
  • Develop and implement control measures for special products and follow up on special security situations.
  • Identify and implement security improvements for the site and develop loss prevention measures.

Requirements

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil's software packages.
  • Ability to write clear and concise correspondence and read and understand visual aids.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as security management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a security leadership role, with a proven track record of success in security operations and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures, with the ability to develop and implement effective security measures.
