Job Summary

The Marketing Manager plays a critical role in developing and implementing brand and marketing plans for our owned portfolio. This position requires a strong understanding of customer insights and the ability to create a compelling value proposition for our brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and develop a value proposition that resonates with our target audience.
  • Lead a cross-functional team in the development and implementation of marketing tactics that create a brand experience valued by customers.
  • Communicate effectively with the sales organization to understand needs and optimize implementation of marketing tactics.
  • Build positive relationships with external stakeholders, key influencers, and opinion leaders within the industry.
  • Deliver sales forecasts to Supply Chain and ensure forecast accuracy of 80%.
  • Lead Trilogy Meetings to ensure integration alignment between sales, technical, and marketing teams.
  • Develop and manage Opex plans and monitor their execution.
  • Build robust brand plans to launch new products and ensure proper execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Veterinary Medicine, Engineering, or Administrative Professions.
  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills.
  • Strong leadership skills to influence other functions and levels.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability with a consultative mindset.
  • Interpersonal and teamwork skills for effective interactions.
  • Communication skills: clarity in oral and written communication.
  • Deep understanding of the respective species/industry.
  • Project management skills to set priorities and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Travel 30% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA degree.
