About the Role:
Schneider Electric Norge AS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integrated Warehouse Manager to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing state-of-the-art processes for logistics functions in North America, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive logistics operation to set up integrated logistics centers across North America, aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Optimize and Deliver: Oversee the day-to-day operations of integrated logistics centers and 3PL partner platforms, ensuring high performance and driving operational efficiency through process analysis and improvement.
- Empower and Grow: Champion talent development, providing mentoring and fostering a culture of continuous learning, and build strong local logistics competencies within the team.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure rigorous adherence to industry safety protocols and lead EHS action plans to ensure focus, implementation, and compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.
- Performance and Results: Oversee all inventory, logistics, and distribution operations, manage the ILC and external 3PL Platform to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and lead complex projects to achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics operations, with a focus on process optimization and operational excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of driving results through cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of logistics processes, industry best practices, and emerging trends.
- Proficiency in using logistics software and tools for data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Competencies:
- Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics processes, including warehousing, transportation, customers, trade compliance, project management, and automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Proven ability to lead a cross-functional project with structured project governance.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for effective interface with all internal and external contacts.
