Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Strategist to join our Marketing team. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for leveraging data to inform marketing strategies and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyze customer data to identify trends and patterns that inform marketing strategies.
  2. Develop and maintain advanced analytics models to forecast customer lifetime value (CLV) and predict future sales performance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth.
  4. Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize marketing campaign performance.
  5. Educate and support stakeholders on data-driven decision making and best practices in marketing analytics.

Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing analytics or business intelligence.
  3. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SQL, Excel, and data visualization software.
  4. Demonstrated expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining.
  5. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
